Benefit from walking dogs!

There are many health benefits of walking, such as losing weight, lowering cholesterol and strengthening your heart. Therefore, take your dog on as many walks as possible. You could take your dog on short walks around your neighborhood in the morning and around noon and then to a park in the evening for a long relaxing walk. Both you and your dog will be significantly happier and healthier if you make this a daily routine.

Don't have a dog? Go to your local Humane Society's animal shelter and volunteer as a dog walker! Again, it will benefit your health and you will bring happiness into some dog's life.
